WHY WE EXIST

After more than 20 years leading large teams and complex process transformations in the banking industry, Amy Zielinski saw a clear opportunity: property owners needed a management partner who combined the structure of corporate excellence with the heart of local service. Most property management firms fall into one of two categories, large companies that treat your building like a number, or small operators who mean well but lack the systems to deliver consistently. Blue Prairie was founded to be neither. We bring documented processes, transparent reporting, and operational discipline to every property we manage while staying small enough to know your building, your tenants, and your goals by name.

A lifelong Chicagoan with more than two decades of senior banking leadership, Amy built her career leading operational excellence initiatives that reshaped efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction at major financial institutions. She's known for blending process precision with a people-first mindset, a combination that defines how Blue Prairie serves every client and tenant.Amy holds a Six Sigma Black Belt and brings a disciplined, data-driven approach to property operations. Outside the office, her life centers on family, animals, and service to others. Her leadership philosophy "help people first, and results follow" is the foundation of everything Blue Prairie does.

Kyle Pearson

CO-FOUNDER & CFO

Kyle oversees Blue Prairie's financial operations, portfolio strategy, and vendor economics. A commercial property owner himself, Kyle brings firsthand understanding of what owners need from a management partner clear financials, disciplined spending, and no surprises. His background in financial management ensures every property in Blue Prairie's portfolio operates with the same rigor he applies to his own investments.
